The agreement

Terms of Service

The rules for using Slopper and its human-typed social feed.

Effective and last updated July 12, 2026

Eligibility and territory

You must be at least 13, legally able to accept these Terms, and located in the United States. The initial launch territory is the United States only. If local law requires parental consent at an older age, you may use Slopper only with that consent. You may not use Slopper if barred by law.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect login codes, and use one account only for yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorized access. Invite codes are single-use and may not be sold.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Slopper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it solely to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted except for isolated backups that expire normally and copies others independently made. You represent that you have the rights needed to post.

Posting contract and acceptable use

Posts must be composed through supported in-app input and clear Slopper's behavioral checks. Do not evade App Attest, automate clients, falsify proofs, scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, or bypass rate limits. Follow the Community Standards. A confidence result describes observed input signals, not identity or truthfulness.

Moderation and termination

We may restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or these Terms. Automated signals may assist, but reports and appeals are reviewable. You may appeal through Support and may stop using Slopper or delete your account at any time.

Service changes and disclaimers

Slopper is an evolving invite-only service and may change, pause, or end features. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness, or error-free operation. We do not endorse member content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Slopper and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflicts rules. Courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to me@anantjain.dev.
